How it works

Three steps, a few minutes

  1. Step 1

    Upload one bill

    The PDF your carrier emails, or a CSV or Excel export from its portal, up to 10 MB. Tell us who you are and roughly how many lines you have.

  2. Step 2

    Confirm your email

    We email you a link. Your results open from there, so they only go to you.

  3. Step 3

    See what we found

    Conduit AI reads the bill and Conduit TEM's checks go over every charge. Findings are explained in plain words, with what they cost per month and per year.

What you'll see

  • The carrier, the billing period and the total, with the account number masked to its last four digits
  • Your spend by service type and by kind of charge
  • Each finding in plain words, with its severity
  • What the findings add up to each month and each year
  • An honest answer when we find nothing

Your bill stays private

  • We keep your bill and its results for 30 days, then delete them. A bill whose email isn't confirmed is deleted after a week.
  • We keep your contact details and the headline figures (carrier, total, what we found) so our team can follow up.
  • We never share your bill or your details with anyone, your carrier included.
